This is hands-down the best shawarma I’ve had in the city. The meat is juicy, the garlic sauce is unreal, and everything tastes super fresh. You can tell they care about quality and customer service — I’ll definitely be coming back regularly!

This is my favourite shawarma in Toronto. When I started going here it was an Ali baba but it was the best one I'd tried. The choice to make it its own thing was a great one because as good as Ali baba is this place was always better.

Al Jood is the business. The chicken was crispy and juicy and the toppings were fresh. The man behind the counter was generous, I came in from the cold and he immediately handed me some spiced soup that warmed me up. He was chatty and friendly and made me feel welcome. Well priced and flavoured to perfection. Shawarma was wrapped, grilled and had minimal spillage. Super decent, I’ll be back!
